Absolutely ALL IMAGES you see on this site are originals, mostly captured using my dedicated astro imaging rig, in my backyard near Charlotte, NC, USA.
For those of you that care for the technical details. My rig: Mount = Starwatcher EQ6 Pro Scope = 8" Celestron SE Series SCT w/ a Focal Reducer giving a FR of 6.7 Camera = Either a stock Canon T3i or a HA Modified Canon XTI Guiding = 50mm unbranded guide scope & ZWO ASI120MM Accessories = Kendricks Dew Heating System. Managed by Astroberry running on a RPI4.
